Our latest completed project in the heart of Burleigh Waters, a single-storey home that’s had a complete internal makeover. What was once closed off and dated is now open, light-filled and perfect for coastal living.
From the new kitchen and living area through to the big alfresco, this home now flows beautifully from front to back.
A huge thank you to our amazing clients, such genuine people who made the whole process a pleasure. We’ve not only completed a dream build, but gained some great friends along the way ❤️

A full internal transformation that completely redefined the way this home flows.
We opened up the existing layout by removing a dividing wall to create a seamless open-plan kitchen, living, and entertainment space, now perfectly connected to the rear deck for those Gold Coast afternoons.
This kitchen has become the heart of the home, bright, functional, and made for everyday living.

With the team having completed nearly all the demo this week, next week will be time to rip the roof off and set out our new layout.
All systems go at our new Burleigh Waters project! Final on-site measurements underway with demolition to follow.

This unit was dark and enclosed so with an addition bedroom, x 2 bathroom makeover, the inclusion of a 6m stacker door and quality finishes throughout, these features have truly added some serious market value!

Tasks like this may seem “simple” and a “quick job” to the average Joe however there were still 3 trades involved along with numerous tasks only a carpenter could undertake given their tool collection.
Sure, a handy man may be able to build, plaster and paint but not to the quality of a qualified tradesmen who works in their field day in, day out.

WRONG, took over a week with numerous trades involved (which we end up doing ourselves) with lots of intricate details to keep it

As we look to close out our SAILFISH project, it’s safe to mention that some serious hours have gone into turning this project over in minimal time keeping quality throughout.
We have nearly completed 2x bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, floors, fix out and a fresh paint for our lovely client Tina and her puppy.
As I continue to learn and bounce into the builders domain, it gives me great pleasure teaching the young fella all I know so he can then bounce into his chippy career.
We appreciate all the trades making it happen in this little complex 🙏
