Project Overview

Our Pitta Place project transformed a modest three-bed, one-bath single-storey home into a modern coastal haven perfectly suited to its beautifully renovated pool and landscaped surrounds. The renovation features warm timber tones, including a standout Tasmanian Oak island barback and striking spotted-gum screening that carries from the entry through to the alfresco and rear deck.



The heart of the upgrade is the new alfresco extension, a stunning gable-roofed entertaining space with high-grade VJ ceilings, outdoor BBQ amenities and seamless flow to the pool area. Inside, the newly located kitchen, bathroom, laundry and bedrooms received full cosmetic upgrades for a fresh, cohesive feel throughout. A new entryway and updated landscaping complete the transformation, giving this home a true coastal facelift with inviting character and timeless appeal.
