Project Overview

Our Morotai project in Palm Beach showcases a full transformation of an existing four-bed, two-bath single-storey home. The renovation centred around a new carport extension featuring the striking Krause brickwork, which wraps from the carport along the front fence and ties seamlessly into the refreshed entry and landscaping. This bold material choice became the hero of the facade, giving the home a warm and contemporary street presence.

Inside, the property received a complete cosmetic upgrade, including new timber flooring, beautifully styled bathrooms, refined stone selections and antique brass accents throughout from door hardware to kitchen fittings. The home’s palette and selections were thoughtfully curated by our clients, resulting in an interior that feels cohesive, modern and inviting.

Externally, we carried out a roof respray, additional outdoor feature shower, introduced new feature lighting, added skylights to brighten the kitchen and bathroom, and refreshed the rear decks. The front driveway, crossover and revamped entry path further elevate the overall presentation, giving the home a polished, resort-inspired finish that reflects its coastal Palm Beach surroundings.
