Home Renovation

Scope

External Cladding | Window Replacement | Render Rework | Composite Deck & Alfresco | Roof Replacement

Project Overview

This project involved a comprehensive double-storey external renovation, transforming the entire street-facing elevation of the home to achieve a more modern and cohesive appearance.

Works included a full external cladding upgrade to the upper level using timber weatherboards, along with the replacement of all upstairs windows, significantly improving both the aesthetics and performance of the home.

To complement the new upper façade, we also completed render rework to the lower level, creating a clean contemporary finish and tying both storeys together seamlessly.

A key feature of the renovation was the addition of a new deck and alfresco area. Constructed using low-maintenance composite decking, the outdoor space was integrated with an extension of the existing roofline, helping the addition feel purposeful and architecturally consistent with the original home.

As part of the scope, sections of the roof were also replaced to accommodate the new works and provide long-term durability and weather protection.

Overall, the renovation delivered a complete front-of-house transformation, improving street appeal, functionality and longevity while maintaining a strong architectural connection to the existing structure.
